Rachelle F. Moncur
PRACTICE
Rachelle Moncur was admitted to the Ontario Bar in February, 2002 and joined the insolvency group at TGF in January, 2005 after practicing with a large Toronto firm for three years. Ms. Moncur practices exclusively in the area of bankruptcy and insolvency, including corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, receiverships and enforcement of creditors' rights and remedies.
PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT
Ms. Moncur is a member of the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, INSOL International, the Turnaround Management Association (Toronto Chapter), the Insolvency Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association, the Canadian Insolvency Foundation and the Canadian Bar Association.
EDUCATION
Ms. Moncur obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (1997), a Masters of Business Administration (2000) and a Bachelor of Laws (2000) from the University of Windsor. Ms. Moncur was awarded the Newton Rowell Scholarship by the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law for academic excellence and commitment to public service.
