Larry Ellis
PRACTICE
Larry Ellis was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2004 and joined the insolvency group at TGF in November, 2005 after practicing with a large Toronto firm. Mr. Ellis practices exclusively in the area of bankruptcy and insolvency, including corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, receiverships and enforcement of creditors' rights and remedies.
PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT
Mr. Ellis is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, INSOL International, the Turnaround Management Association, the Insolvency Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association, the Canadian Insolvency Foundation and the Canadian Bar Association.
EDUCATION
Mr. Ellis obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from York University in 2000 and a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2003.
