Seema Aggarwal
PRACTICE
Seema Aggarwal joined the insolvency group at TGF upon her call to the Bar of Ontario in July, 2005. Ms. Aggarwal practices exclusively in the area of bankruptcy and insolvency, including corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, receiverships and enforcement of creditors' rights and remedies.
PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT
Ms. Aggarwal is a member of the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, the Turnaround Management Association (Toronto Chapter), the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
EDUCATION
Ms. Aggarwal obtained a Bachelor of Science (Combined Honours) in Biology and Psychology (2000) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics (2001) from York University, and a Bachelor of Laws (2004) from Queen’s University.
