Danny M. Nunes
PRACTICE
Danny Nunes was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2007 and joined the insolvency group at TGF in November 2007 after practicing with a small firm in Toronto. Mr. Nunes practices exclusively in the area of bankruptcy and insolvency, including corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, receiverships and enforcement of creditors’ rights and remedies.
PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT
Mr. Nunes is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates’ Society, the Portuguese-Canadian Lawyers Association and the Sports Lawyers Association.
EDUCATION
Mr. Nunes obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History and Political Studies from Queen’s University (2002), a Master of Arts in Political Studies from Queen’s University (2003), a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor and a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit-Mercy (2006), respectively.
