Kim G. Ferreira
PRACTICE
Kim Ferreira was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2005 and joined the litigation department at TGF in November 2007 after articling and practicing with a boutique law firm in Toronto. Mr. Ferreira practices exclusively in the area of commercial and insolvency litigation, including contract disputes, fiduciary duties and creditors' rights.
PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT
Mr. Ferreira is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
EDUCATION
Mr. Ferreira obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Windsor in 2001 and a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2004.
