Sara-Ann Wilson
PRACTICE
Sara-Ann Wilson was admitted to the Ontario Bar in June, 2008 and joined the insolvency group at TGF after articling with the firm. Ms. Wilson practices exclusively in the area of bankruptcy and insolvency, including corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, receiverships and enforcement of creditors' rights and remedies.
PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT
Ms. Wilson is a member of INSOL International, the Canadian Insolvency Foundation, the Canadian Bar Association and the Insolvency Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association.
EDUCATION
Ms. Wilson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Carleton University in 2004, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto in 2007.
