Bio

Naomi Carrera-McKail is a seasoned Law Clerk in TGF's litigation practice group, bringing over a decade of experience in administrative and commercial litigation. As a licensed paralegal, she provides invaluable support to the firm’s clients. Fluent in both English and French, Naomi also serves as a Notary Public for the Province of Ontario.

Naomi’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from York University, a Law Clerk Diploma from Seneca College, and a Paralegal Certificate from George Brown College. Her extensive experience in legal project management enables her to effectively oversee complex litigation projects, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness throughout each case. Naomi excels at streamlining processes, managing resources, and enhancing communication between legal teams and clients, all of which contribute to more successful outcomes.

Naomi is an active participant in several professional associations, including the Law Society of Ontario, the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario, the Ontario Paralegal Association, the Ontario Association of Black Paralegals, Women in eDiscovery, and the Ontario Digital Evidence and eDiscovery Working Group.

She has been recognized for her insights and expertise as a speaker at various Law Society of Ontario Continuing Professional Development (CPD) events, where she shares her knowledge and experiences with other legal professionals.
