Bio
Adrian is a commercial litigator whose practice focuses on construction lien matters and construction-related disputes.
With extensive experience in construction litigation, and prior involvement in a practice focused on banking and civil fraud litigation, Adrian has proven to be a solid addition to the team. He has defended banks and other mortgagees in construction lien priority claims, and has acted for owners, contractors, materials suppliers, consultants and other claimants on a wide variety of matters, including largescale public infrastructure projects, condominium and greenfield residential developments, mines and industrial facilities. Adrian also has considerable experience defending engineers, consultants, designers and other construction professionals on high-stakes E&O claims.
Adrian was previously seconded to the legal departments of a major Canadian bank and a multinational engineering and manufacturing conglomerate.
In addition to his undergraduate, graduate and law degrees, Adrian holds a Certificate in Transnational Law from Georgetown University Law Center and has experience in international arbitration before the ICC Court of Arbitration.
