TGF is pleased to announce that Adrian Visheau has joined the firm’s Commercial Litigation team.

With extensive experience in construction litigation, and prior involvement in a practice focused on banking and civil fraud litigation, Adrian has proven to be a solid addition to the team. He has defended banks and other mortgagees in construction lien priority claims, and has acted for owners, contractors, materials suppliers, consultants and other claimants on a wide variety of matters, including large scale public infrastructure projects, condominium and greenfield residential developments, mines and industrial facilities.

Adrian also has considerable experience defending engineers, consultants, designers and other construction professionals on high-stakes E&O claims.
